The link above includes an incompleted  beta edition from 2013 with Greek text, all corresponding vocabulary, but no grammatical commentary,

Below each 10 lines o the Greek text is the corresponding vocabulary (7 or more times). The Running core vocabulary in the introduction and alphabetized vocabulary in the glossary contain all words occurring 8 or more times. These vocabulary entries will be revised when the grammatical notes are added.
